Join Assured Protect as an Insurance Adviser
Assured Protect is looking for experienced Insurance Advisers to join our team. In this role, you'll deliver excellent customer service to both new and existing clients. You’ll help manage all types of personal and commercial insurance, making sure our Clients get the cover they need.
Our office is an entrepreneurial and forward thinking environment where we handle personal, company, and commercial insurance needs for a wide range of customers.
What You’ll Do
As an Insurance Adviser, you will:
Help Clients: Answer questions and offer professional, knowledgeable advice.
Build Relationships: Develop strong, one-to-one client relationships with personalised insurance solutions.
Spot New Opportunities: Make sure every client gets the right insurance for their needs.
Manage Quotes and Renewals: Prepare quotes, help with renewals, and make any necessary changes to policies.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone with life insurance and general insurance industry experience.
Experience with personal, landlord and business insurance products is helpful, but we can also offer full training if needed.
You should be:
A strong communicator with an excellent telephone manner.
Customer-focused and ready to adapt to change.
A team player who shares ideas and knowledge.
Well-organised with great time management skills.
Careful with detail and committed to working compliantly.
Positive, with a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
Experience with systems like OMS or other industry software is a bonus, but full training is provided.
Flexible, Office-Based Working
This is a self employed, commission only role. OTE earnings £25,000 in your first year. Uncapped earnings potential. Commission structure provided at the interview.
We value teamwork and believe that working in our Colchester office helps you build relationships and develop skills. During your 6-week training period, you’ll work from our town centre office for hands-on experience.
After training, we can offer flexibility in your office days and working hours to suit both business and personal needs.
Working hours;
Standard hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
