Assured Protect presented a detailed insight in to the world of landlord financial security, focusing on the issues and concerns that many BTL investors have, in particular about the Renters' Rights Bill, and how to deal with and protect themselves against loss of income via unpaid rents and defaulting tenants.
Landlords can arrange various solutions to help protect them and their property business, and Assured Protect showed how effective (and low cost!) Rent Guarantee Insurance is.
At the end of the event, Assured Protect asked for feedback from the audience (a room full of experienced and professional financial advisers).
